Description
Our Pocorosso comes from a selection of Barbera and Dolcetto grapes harvested slightly in advance to maintain freshness. The grapes are crushed and pressed and the must obtained ferments in steel tanks at 16°C.
After 3 months of ageing on the lees, the wine is bottled.
Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany fish dishes.
Ideal serving temperature: 10°C.
