Description
Produced for the first time in 2000, Anno Domini is obtained by blending Cortese and Chardonnay grapes.
Grapes are picked by hand in the first half of September and the must obtained by the soft pressing is fermented in French oak barrels of 500 litres.
In those same barrels the wine is aged for ten months before the bottling.
A wine recommended with fish dishes, seafoods and goat cheeses.
Ideal serving temperature: 12°C
